It's a great book. It has lots of information and I got some good ideas. I really liked the section on smoothies.
Want to eat according to the Ketogenic Diet? Then this is the book for you, it contains loads of great Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Recipes as well as desert recipes. I have already tried a few myself, they are very tasty and easy to make. As I am quite a fan of smoothies I particularly liked the bonus section on Smoothies. Overall I Would Certainly Recommend This Book To Other People!
I find keeping up with a diet is just so plain hard for me. I purchased this book in hope to be able to stick with a diet long enough for it work. This book is filled with good instructions on how to start a ketogenic diet.
This cookbook has changed my life! It makes eating the ketogentic easier, FUN and the recipes are easy to prepare. I recently also transitioned my picky children over to the ketogentic way of eating and they have loved everything I've made...I love that this cookbook incorporates familiar foods and textures... Having younger children that aren't used to "different " looking food it's nice to serve them something that looks and tastes very similar to their old way of eating but is healthy!!!! I highly recommend ALL this cookbooks!
This book is full of delicious recipes for your ketogenic diet. Even recipes for ketogenic Ice Cream and Chocolate Brownies are included. If you want to change your lifestyle and become much more healthy I would recommend reading this book. The ketogenic diet helped me to improve my health and I feel much more powerful and not so weak. The recipes are easy to make and you will really like them. Just give it a try!
This book is a real masterpiece put together by Tony. I just love how easy it is to follow these delicious recipes. Everything is broken down into simple easy to follow steps that even a new beginner is able to follow along with. Tony explores what the Ketogenic diet is and why is may be right for you or better yet why it probably is right for you. Next the book gives you plenty of recipes for the different meal times and finishes with a bonus on smoothies. I love this book from beginning to end and really love how creative these recipes are.
